Enclosure

Two-piece design (base + lid), designed in FreeCAD, loosely inspired by the FPH Satellite1 enclosure (88mm inner diameter, 4 mounting-hole bosses).

• Speaker opening with a separate, swappable printed grille
• Lid has a membrane slot for the 4 buttons (1mm slot width — 0.5mm was too tight for a 0.4mm nozzle), a USB-C cutout, and 4 mounting holes
• Button geometry matches the ALPS SKRPABE010 (2.5mm tall): 2.5mm pocket depth, 0.5mm membrane, 3mm lid thickness — the PCB's top side sits directly against the lid's inner face, no extra supports needed

Printed in PLA for prototypes, PETG for the final version.
